Shopping Guide



For ready products:
  1. Browse through our products and when you are ready to place an order, please e-mail to auladcolors@gmail.com or pm us at our facebook page, Auladcolors  with details shown in the picture below.       
  2. Once we receive your order, we will reply with the billing amount within 24 hours.
  3. Once you make the payment, please e-mail us with the transaction details.
  4. Once we verify your payment, your order is ready to be shipped.
  5. Now you only have to wait for the product to arrive at your doorstep.

    For Custom Orders:
    1. Browse through our fabric collections here or you can go to our facebook page, here to choose.
    2. Choose any fabric to be transformed into nursing pillow, baby comforter or even the bedding set.
    3. 50% deposit is needed to secure the order and for us to start working on your order. 
    4. Please e-mail us the transaction detail for us to verify before we can start working on your order.
    5. Once we complete your order, we will contact you via e-mail to inform that your order is ready.
    6. You need to settle the balance payment and provide us with the transaction details.
    7. We will post your order once we verify that you have paid in full for your order. 
    8. Wait for your order to arrive at your doorstep and enjoy your product specially made to your liking.

    Terms and Conditions (T&Cs):

    1. This is a first come first serve basis. Please proceed with the payment once we confirm your booking   within 3 days.  This rule applies for both ready-made products and custom orders (50% deposit).
    2. If we do not receive any payment after 3 days, your booking is automatically cancelled and you have to   place a new order if you wish to purchase from us.
    3. After we verify your payment, we will post your order and provide you with the tracking numbers.
    4. Once your order is posted, please follow up with POS MALAYSIA or the selected courier service using the  provided tracking number.
    5. We do not take any responsibility for any delay in delivery caused by the delivery service. It is you responsibility to check with them once we post your orders. Thank you for your kind understanding.
    6. We do not accept product return or refund request due to shipping or delivery faulty.However we may arrange for replacement or return if product is faulty by our mistake. Please check your order upon arrival and inform us within 48 hours if any damage found on the items you ordered.
